PILE WORK EXPERTS
The load required is based on numerous structural and environmental conditions and must conform with the Ontario building code. Once the load is determined, a custom pile layout is designed and installed in accordance with the engineered specifications. The depth of the pile is based on torque met which is established in the engineered drawings.

Piles for a 8oo square foot cabin
I used Terra Torque Contracting to install piles for a 8oo square foot cabin. The site was difficult to access and because it was on canadian shield required drilling 20 holes into solid rock with a pneumatic drill before placing the piles. They provided excellent service. They were responsive, professional, and flexiable. Delivered an excellent product on time and budget. I HIghly recommend this company.
Cottage Addition
My project was a cottage addition. The Guys where punctual and professional. They had the best price, and had the ability to switch to a different pile if they hit an obstruction. Other companies said they would have to relocate the pile if they hit a rock. Would definitely recommend.
